We tested 13 vision-LLMs across 30+ runs on a real Dubai handover snag photo. GPT-5.4-mini hit 10/10 on unit-number accuracy. Claude Opus 4.7 also scored 10/10, we use it as a fallback for any low-confidence call. Confidently-wrong models (GPT-4o, GPT-5 base, GPT-4.1 full) are disqualified.
Snag images are sent to our cloud proxy (Hetzner, EU-Nuremberg), processed in-memory by the LLM provider, and immediately deleted from our infrastructure. Extracted Excel + image archive lives on YOUR network drive, we never persist customer images. DPA available on request. UAE-region hosting available for Enterprise tier.
